Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 hours of sleep because of my paper. still felt surprisingly good most of the day. coach said i could run a mile today, one saturday, one sunday, and monday if i felt good. nice and easy on the track. was planning to bike later on before the meeting, but i ended up taking a 2+ hour nap upstairs. very nice.
