EASY RUN
Rail Trail out and back (from my house)
Wanted to go easy, was actually looking to go around 7:00 pace. Wound up going a little faster but not much, definitely took it EASY and got a good recovery run out of it. Much needed after long run to hill run back to back. Looked at my watch during the run though to see splits, didn't matter since I was making sure I went easy, just wanted to stay consistent.
