Comments:
First 5K on a track , indoor or otherwise. I really appreciated having Lauren pacing me. I was able to stay with her until late in the race (we were doing ~48sec 200m's). We were 10-flat at the halfway point and my final time was 20:34. I was pretty pleased with the race. I stayed focused through most of the race (I fixed my attention on the "K" on the back of Lauren's singlet).
