Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
at augie. kind of stressful, they started setting up for a meet while I was running and I was terrified the track team was going to come in... they didn't.
felt pretty good though, was planning on 30-40 depending on how I felt and ended up going for 45. and then did a stride. it felt so good to go fast, but I was nervous to do more than one. it didn't hurt though.
grouchy afterwards.
