Comments:
Crappy race. Thought I might be well rested for this one because of the break, but I just felt flat. No pop in my legs whatsoever. Stayed with the lead pack for a while, but once they started to pull away I gave up. Came through the 1600 in 5:02. Knew that I probably wasn't going to brake 10 and I was by myself for much of the race when I should have been in the top 3 or 4. Didn't even try to really kick at the end, just mentally gave up I guess.
