Comments:
not sure how i feel about this time. ran at akron, 1st mile was in like 5:28 (leaders went though in like 26). then everyone began to fall wayyy off pace, so i took the lead and ran alone for the entire second mile. went though 2 in 11:04. the last mile i majorly positively split, but i think i'll be there in a few weeks. i've only had 1 good workout really, all the rest have made me sorta freak out about how badly they went. i won't get out on this time, so im going to have to run it again. but whatever. it felt like the 1st meet of the season...so i know i can do more.
brett, chris, kurt, and josh all came to watch, which was awesome! they were really helpful in the race. it made me happy!
