Comments:
Otterbein: Center, Main, West, Sunset, West to County Line and back to Sunset, Martin, Center
With Dave, ended up following a group of other runners for our warmup, stretch, drills
Otterbein: Center, Main, West, Martin, Center
5 minute steady state/tempo at 20 minutes before race time per Coach's order, with Dave, both felt a little rushed so perhaps start it earlier next time
All Ohio Championships: Otterbein Track
Bowsher took the race out hard, 34/35 for the first lap, I held back but maintained contact, responded to every one of Coach's orders like to get 2 places or give a faster lap, felt pretty good, tried not to let the fast pace early mess with me mentally, ran a tactical race and outkicked an Otterbein runner with a hat at the end, apparently split a 33 last lap, so I definitely start my kick earlier than two laps to go, splits: 4:51(1600), 9:52(3200), took 5th with a 7 second PR, still haven't reached my goal time of 15:30 but hope to break it at Conference
Otterbein: Center, Main, Vine, College, Israel, College, Grove, Main, Center
With Dave and Petro, calves really sore, talked about summer opportunities, stretch, pushups that inspired the girl's team, excited about the team and our chances at Conference.
