Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 5k in Big Flats, ran with Russ Derrick 1st 2 miles then I pulled away a bit in the last mile. Course was probably 3.2. But I felt good 4th over all. Jim Derrick 1st 17:05. Hamstring did not hurt until cool down. 2 mile warm up ran course again for cool down with Russ. Feeling good ready to start training a bit more aggressively.
