Comments:
This was my best run in a few weeks. My entire body felt fresh and strong. The first half of my run was very normal in terms of effort and pacing. I was more relaxed than usual so when I got to the big hill right before the 1/2 way pt. I decided to charge up the hill. I continued the brisk pace for the rest of the run. My body stayed relaxed and breathing normal for a run like this so it was not difficult by any stretch. So big negative split and a really good run.
