felt weird. very tired today and didn't feel like running. my joints were kinda hurting and i really hope i get ebola soon, geez.
couldn't zone out and just run.
warmed up with everyone and then went on the treadmill for a while, which was good.
and my foot has started hurting? not badly, just in a more annoying kind of way. i don't know what the deal is. i iced it.
