Comments:
warm up to mlk. then 4 mile repeats at race pace. ran first two nice 5:25 pace. last two started snowing, got owned by wind, and was really tired. Hit those at 5:35 pace... fairly tired after. took a freezing cold ice bath. coldest ever.
