The workout today was 10 x 400 in 65 with a min rest. Honestly I thought this was going to be easier than it was. It was difficult. Thats an understatement. Probably the hardest workout since 9x300 and it might have been harder than that. I was def controled for the first couple. Just chilling at the pace. This lasted till about the fifth one at which point things got tough. I mamaged to hold the pace through the rest of them. It was definitly hard and I didn't know if I could make it. I basically hung on for the last one as Kurt bloted away. Was pretty wasted afterward. Good workout though definitly tells me I'm in good shape. Wish I could have willed myself a little harder the last one but no biggie. Great workout all in all.
