Weather: 50s, cloudy!

Comments:
Slept like garbage last night; woke up at 0200 itchy again. I seriously have to ICE MY CROTCH to get the itching to subside. Wow. The jock itch cream IS working, but slowly.

Woke up at 0500 but "slept in" 'til 0530. Got up, brewed some tea, and lifted whilst listening to NPR and was out the door for the run by 0615.

Felt good on the run; not terrific, but better than yesterday morning, which is remarkable considering my 800 last night. Even more amazing, no calf soreness! That's very odd, indeed, but I'll take it.

Overall, my energy/leg resilience doesn't bode well for tomorrow's 10K. I decided I'm not even going to try to run a good time; instead I'll go "FTW" and/or run a tempo/slightly uptempo. In other words, instead of 5:00s or 5:10s, more like 5:20s-5:40s. We'll see what that gets me...
