Felt pretty bad starting out. Still pretty wasted from the workout yesterday and running throught the snow just exaserbated things. My legs are pretty much sore the whole way down from yesterday. But its alright. Felt better as the run went on which was better. Ran with Jeff which was cool cuz I haven't ran with him in awhile. Still felt pretty bad though. Tomrrow should be not too bad of a workout though so its okay.
Misc streaches, 20 mins ice calves, hurdles, MB abs
