Comments:
Started to feel tight and soar (in my left leg: IT band and knee area) at about 8 miles and stopped at 10. Got on the elliptical for 5 minutes but it sucks and I hate it and it makes my back hurt. Was going to swim but decided to ice instead. Was going to do 4 miles in the evening, but it was storming. This was basically an easy day. Started doing some strength exercises for my left hip, to help fortify my IT band, which may help to make my whole left side feel better.
