Gowdy + CGHS/North CG

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nearly 60, partly sunny

Comments:
OK run. TIRED again. My form is very inconsistent, as I'm losing track of the key areas of focus. My poor habit is starting the run, essentially on my toes...and then trashing out my calves and quads 'til I get tired...THEN I remember what I need to do -- "pedal the bike" (foot flat, good recovery), then it feels good.

It's good that I remember, but I'm essentially spending half my mileage trashing my legs, then the second half running "OK". Pretty dumb.

In my defense, I've been "distracted" focusing on pelvic position: in LORDOSIS. This is feeling pretty good and relatively easier than the rest of it...but it is distracting.

The mileage is increasing to the point where I have to do more than 9 in CG, so I added on Gowdy (out on Lorane, back on Gowdyville) in the beginning. ALSO, I need to get my ass moving, so today I stopped at the HS for 4x200 in the trainers.

I was TIRED, but the stride felt pretty good. Times were NOT fast:

Oh well. As long as I'm (presumably) running w/good form, these should get "EASIER AND EASIER".

The stride felt better the rest of the run, again "remembering" the "bike pedal". However, I was pretty damn tired.

Shoes might actually be dying, too...I think they've got 370 on them...
