Weather: treadmill and outside (30, mild)
Comments:
6 miles on a hilly courser. Started on the treadmill because Emmett was sleeping and I wanted to get done in case Paige needed to come home from school. Raised incline 4-5 times (3-6 % incline), held hills for roughly 90-120 seconds. Good workout, felt strong. Finished outside with 11 minutes of running with Em and Cece in the chariot.
