Comments:
Ran on the treadmill in the fitness center today. After a 1 mile warm up, I alternated between .5 mile hard and 1 mile easy. Paces for the hard segments started at 6, them 5:56, 5:49, and 5:30 for the last one. Easy segments were from 7:30 to 8:00. Last hard half got me pretty fatigued. Listened to music today too for the first time while running. Pretty good except when the head phones fell out of my ears and when I hit the cord causing my mp3 player to fall to the ground. Just trying to get back into some faster stuff. 1 mile slow cool down after all that. May try some type of progression run tomorrow.
