With Dave and Cromer, excited because the Murray Hill Adelbert intersection is partly open, drills, lap of striders

4*1200m w/3 min+ recovery at 3k pace, 1*600m pace change interval,was a metronome for the first interval, on subsequent intervals, my stride became choppy and couldn't open up, pit stop after the 4th interval, Coach cut my last interval in half to accomplish the pace change goal, felt good on the last interval, probably could have had a decent time for the full 1200, guess my body is just tired, splits: 3:40, 3:45, 3:45, 3:50, 1:47
