Comments:
WU 2mi w/ Robert, Cromer, Grogan. drills and a lap of strides

5*1200, first 3 at 3:42 (15:25 5k), last 2 starting @ :38 200s and cutting down -- 3:41, 3:42, 3:45, 3:40, 3:35 (last 200 - :32.0). supposed to be 3minutes jog rest between reps, but sometimes it went over 3minutes and was walking instead.

CD 2mi, stretch, 2*(30pushups, 25dips)

felt strong on the morning run and felt strong during the workout. too bad Robert wasn't feeling it. Sub 9:00 3k Friday.
