An easier workout today. I need it too. I definitly felt more than a little sluggish from Monday's workout. The workout was one we did before winter break 600's with the first 400 in 70 and then drop it down the last 200. Little slow for the most part on the first 400 probably 70-73ish for all of them. Still dropped under 1:40 though for total time for all the sixes though which was nice. Final 200 were like 27 high and two 28 lows. 200's felt harder than they should have but thats probably lingering fatigue from Monday. I'll take it real easy tomrrow and be ready for my 8 Friday night.

Slept: 7 hours (Had trouble getting to sleep last night. Prrobably cuz I had to candy bars right before bed)
