Track workout meets Calf Cramp :(

They went: 36, 38, 37, 35, 32, 30. And then Veronica talked me into running another one, I did not finish it, I had wrecked myself on the previous two. I think she ran about 31 though.

Strangely, my right calf has been the issue until today. It was fine today but at the end of the workout during the cool down my right calf cramped up, to the point that I couldn't really put weight on it and people were asking me if I was ok. No, I was not. But a few kindly souls made sure I survived, so special thanks to Nicole, David and Veronica. Well, I sorta blame Veronica so maybe I don't thank her :P Really though, no one to blame but me.

Other than the calf thing, it was a great workout.
