PH Loop - DNF (became Safeway out and back)
Rushed out the door to run and didn't stretch for the first time before hand in a week. Because of that felt tight and just not right running. Back hurt extra, legs weren't all too great, etc. Wasn't happy because I wanted/needed 10. Mileage is shot for the week.
