Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
felt good. track was kind of crowded, but I ran with Maggie and talked about camp and inner-city kids and religion... it was a nice change. hopped on the treadmill for a while. the kid next to me got heckled by his teammates for going slower than me, pretty entertaining. made me feel like an actual athlete haha.
knees hurt when I first got on the treadmill but then they felt fine after 10 minutes. so... I don't know what was up with that.
got hammies stretched out by the trainer-felt so good! and apparently i'm more flexible than I thought.
kinda slacked on the abs, only did 10 minutes.
totally didn't even think to do my rehab stuff. oops.
