Comments:
did the 200s with the milers (basically just Tess and Gaither) - we were supposed to run 16 x 200 at mile race pace with 1 min rest in between - I ran all of mine between 38 and 45 sec, with the majority hovering around 42. I didn't have any time goals since I haven't raced a mile yet this season - I just wanted to see how quickly I could go while staying relaxed with good form. Felt pretty good, but my chest started hurting toward the end. Still not 100% over my cold, so I felt a little icky but whatever.

42 sec 200s would be 5:36 pace, but the 1 min rest made a huge difference in the training (I'm used to 30 sec)
