run in yarmouth, paced friends for 3mile

Weather: light rain, cool

Comments:
quick warmup 6:30's or maybe faster. then paced my brother and friend for a 17:40 3mile which felt like an easy run. tomorrow i think i might go long but we will see. legs feel great. mileage today was a little lower, but yesterday was higher and i will go far tomorrow and so it will balance out. happy how good legs feel after difficult workout yesterday.
