Comments:
good race, I felt relaxed and mentally in control during the race and I actually kicked it in and caught Sarah at the end. Season PR of 11:29.32, 5th place (2nd from Kenyon). It's funny - Coach said I should aim to break 11:30. I've been having good workouts, I hope this means it is starting to translate into good races.
