Comments:
Good run, felt pretty good, made sure to go slow in the beginning. No real pain. A bit of tightness in my right hamstring, but nothing major. Picked it up the last 5-6 miles to 6:30 ish pace... didn't have a watch so I don't know how many minutes. I'm getting there.
