Comments:
Took Friday off because my legs weren't feeling terrific. Just biked a little.
Ran 5 with grese today at 7:07 pace. Felt great. Taking Friday off definitely helped.
Chances are I won't be running on Sunday because of the heaping load of work that I have to do, but I have plenty of time during the week to run.
Gonna try to hit between 23 and 26 this week. I need at least 4 days of 5.
