Weather: BW indoor track of hell
Comments:
Ran the 800 and the 4x4. Phil ran a good time in the mile and C Wade ran ballsy in the 5k so that got me pumped up. In the 800 went out right behind Kurt which was good hit the 200 at about 27-28 which was great right on Kurt. Some guy then like flew past us into the lead on the curve. Sly said to go when we passed him so I jumped on it on the next turn. Just kinda drove from there never relinquished the lead and finished pretty well. Quarter was about 58 6 about 1:28 which was good. I'd have liked to finish a little harder but with no one there it was tough still grabed a pr. 1:58.9 so Miss Kmet can't take away my 1:58's anymore. Felt good still things I can work on though. Pumped after the race cuz Kurt was second and Drew grabbed 4th. We scored 23 points in the 800. 4x4 was good. I love it cuz theres no pressure. Ran like 54 low Sly said negative splits which was nice. Shoulda gone out harder though cuz I feel like I coulda gone faster. Passed 2 people on my leg though which was good. Sly said conservative so thats what I did the first lap and then went after it when I relized I could catch people in the second lap. Good handoffs from the team and the headbands were sweet. Good meet overall its a confidence boost going into confrence which is a good thing.
