Ran my usual long run again today. Hooked up with Paul Curtis again. Good run went by pretty fast. Longer than I wanted but thats okay cuz my mileage this week has been down a bit. Legs feel better than they did from yesterday. Things are going well. I'm execited for confrence. I gotta talk to the coaches though about what to do with like mileage and stuff leading into the confrence meet. Sly will probably know best. Boston will be sweet.
NO extras all this weekend which sucks cuz I haven't been to Veale also coach didn't put out lifting stuff so I didn;t lift today which is also bad
