My knee was still bothering me from yesterday and I wasn't scheduled to run today either, so I did my normal practice back-to-back cross-training double. The swimming part passed pretty quickly. I only swam twice last week, so I wasn't dreading this. I would have been in great spirits if my knee felt better. The last 700 was backstroke as usual.
