Had a pretty easy workout. The rest of the week is going to be pretty hard so thats probably good. 5x800 at 2:40 pace which is rediculously easy. Like 2 min rest which is generous too. I feel pretty good although I ran 13 miles yesterday. There just a little tired which should go away before Wednesday. When I lead my intervals I was like all over the place on the pace which sucked but oh well the pace was slow anyway. Afterward 2 laps of 50 meter acclerations.
Misc streaches, MB abs, buddies, pullups.
