Looking back at my log from Wed or Thur I said that there was no way that I would hit my 55 b/c I thought I would need to run long today even to hit 50. Fortunately I was wrong. I did a double today b/c I wanted to hit my weekly milage and b/c I felt good. Beautiful weather and a pace that was comfortable. Only problem was my shins on pavement.

Pleased w/ this week in general b/c I listened to how my body felt (took a day off) and still found a way to hit my milage.
