Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a few loops around behind Brick Bodies. Didn't want to be too far away from my car in case I couldn't run. Had soreness and probably shouldn't have gone that far, nonetheless run at all today but it actually felt really good.

Kept dropping pace til the end, last half hour was around 5:40-5 pace. Feel like this was my first day really getting back into training.

Rained.
