Sheldon Track Session

Comments:
Met a patient at Sheldon for a track visit, around 545. It was a bit light out, and damn near totally dark by the end. Worked on some form nuggets with her (maybe 1.5mi running), then I stuck around and did strides.

There was pretty good light from the surrounding football and baseball fields, so it was pretty cool to basically run "under the lights". Did a lap of jogging, then did 4x strides.

They felt AWESOME. I REALLY opened up the stride -- it felt mega long and like I was FLYING. SOOO KEY. Did a bit of jog/walk rest in between. But man, that's the best and fastest I've maybe ever felt!

Had to go back to work for more than an hour -- didn't leave til nearly 8. LONG DAY.
