Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
on the track, trying out active recovery days instead of days off. foot is getting worse... talked to the trainer. heated before practice and iced afterwards. still hurts. she said to take tomorrow off (boo) and get it ultra-sounded. if the ultra sound hurts than its not tendonitis, so hopefully it doesn't hurt haha. but anyways, other than my foot, the run felt ok
