PRE/Fairmount + Amazon AT

Weather: low 50s, windy

Comments:
Pretty OK AT today. The back really started to bother me last night and persisted today: R posterior thigh pain that didn't go away very easy. On the warm-up over to Amazon I focused on "neutral" anterior tilt, as well as a touch of SBR and, surprisingly, that made the back and R LE feel better.

Bummer about the rain: it was dry today for the run, but it pissed all day yesterday and re-sogged the amazon loop. Did strides x4 then went after it, again not looking at my watch.

Felt pretty good and sustainable, working on "the tilt" and other stride goodness. The times weren't very good, though:

It was windy. And soggy. And I've been tired all week from last weekend. Those are my excuses.

Felt OK on the jog back but damn tired. Thankfully I had a couple cancels in the afternoon which helped me re-cupe.
