Comments:
10.6 loop + .5 mile extra at the start around my house
Extremely hilly, bad winds.

2 miles warmup - 6 miles of 30 sec on/ 90 sec off - left cool down

Could barely move when I finished but gutted it out. Still worked out to sub 6:30 pace. All the hard wind was on the second half of the run.
