Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I walked from the house to the track, jogged a mile and walked back. Same as yesterday. I ran my watch and broke it into splits. My first split walking to the track was 13:24, My 2nd split was the 1st lap2:35,2nd 2:43, 3rd 2:42, 4th 2:44 for a 10:44 mile (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME 37:42). It went really well with no problems. a little soreness in upper thighs. Oh one more little tid bit I weighed in at 234lbs before the run today.
