I'm really not in good shape

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Decided to run 2/3 of the workout today. 6x600 instead of 9x600

Ran #'s: 1,3,5,7,8,9 with the guys
2:00-Chill in the back, nice and relaxed
1:58-Led the 2nd group, solid pace
1:57-Supposed to kick it up a little, no prob
1:50-Mikey took off, went with him, why not?
1:44-Coach wants us to negative split it all, thanks
1:37-Form broke, couldn't catch Carter, 4:16 pace, negative split

I don't consider myself to be in any more than half the shape I need to be in. I just need to keep working hard and have fun with it. I have a lot to prove to myself.

Time trial mile next Wednesday, can't wait, my spikes were getting lonely.
