Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well, on the way out I felt fine running with everyone else. On the way back, however, I fell behind and felt like a loser. I had one huge goblin take over my entire stomach, and it felt a little horrendous. I learned my lesson though: never eat a nature valley bar an hour before you try to go on a long run, because it won't feel nice.
