So I'd been begging for this workout for ages and finally got my wish. I'm generlaly happy with this workout. I ran much faster than I did in the fall which was great. The rest was much less on the last ones than it was in the fall and the paces were speeded up and I hung which was great. Had no pop on the last one but thats okay cuz I'm tired from my 13 miler Sunday and just tired in general. Dropped a 40 for the first of the last set which was good but had nothing the last 50 of the last. Whateve. Things'll still be good at confrence.
