Comments:
Ran another workout toady. Was 400 @ 60 pace, 600 @ 65 pace, 800 @ 70 pace, 1k @ 75 pace then back down. Hit the times alright and ran a 57 last quarter but never felt mentaly all there. I ran fine just never felt engaged. Tired mostly. I don't know why. I'll kick it for confrence though. Its just a funk I'm in just now. Workout was Okay. Not too hard just kinda cilling for every thing except the last quarter and a little on the last 6 nothing really major to report.
