Comments:
Surprise workout! Ran BK and Dana place after a little tumble, not very pleasent. Effort on the hills was good, but I know could have been better. By the top of Dana place, the thorns were kicking in so went back to school. Quality run though! (It defeats the goal of slipping/falling to a count of 1 damnit. But the stares on the way back were kind of amusing =])
