Cooldown w/Strands Group

Comments:
Drove up to C-Town to observe/"coach" my first time with the Corvallis Strands group. Pretty f-ing AWESOME. 4x massive hill w/hard running over the top (quasi-ROR). I stuck around while they warmed up, then observed some running form.

After the workout, I accompanied the guys on the cooldown. VERY easy but the calf tightened up BADLY. Sucked.

Hung out with Reneau, Shame-Us, and Eddie at Block 15. Thought about spending the night, but I was exhausted so I headed home.
