Comments:
GULIA came to town and met me at work. BUSY DAY, pretty stressful. The back and leg felt like SHIT, as well. Not really looking forward to this session.
Did repeat 300s -- the bread-and-butter mile workout -- today. Again, something short to work the stride, but a little more difficult due to the short rest.
Did 5x300 (100 jog), then 400 easy, then another 4x300. Felt pretty OK.
On the cooldown my calf damn near cramped up. Dunno why -- it's possible there's some neurogenic weakness going on, but who knows?
Good to see Gulia...weird to see her here...
