Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
rode around logging distance for some of my normal runs for a warm-up, then set up for some intervals, alternating each minute between 25mph and 27mph for 10 miles.
10+ miles cool-down
Its beginning to seem like anything below 30 miles, if its not an interval drill, just doesn't do much on the bike. (though its amazing how much a simple 20 mile interval set can hurt)
