we did a 40/60 today for 2 miles..
1 1/2 mile warmup to veach
mile 1 in 6:40..mile 2 in 6:56
total of 13:36... cooldown back to the track and then did straights & curves..fast on the curves recover on the straights for 800 meters.
the girls were very solid today.. good workout
