Did a modified Michigan. 4 sets of 1200 on grass at 6:30, :30 rest, 800 @ 2:55, :30 rest, repeat. Went 4:53, 4:52, 4:52 5:00 (Tom surprised me with the 4th and had to do it myself...he is working on my confidence...thanks Tom!) for the 1200 and 2:57, 2:57, 2:54, 2:55 for the 800s. Felt very strong. Best workout in a while. It was nice to see everyone.
